Carla Mathews has over 40 years experience in anatomical pathology laboratories in Victoria, and has been seen the evolution of immunohistochemistry from its earliest days of fully manual staining to its current automated form. She is an integral part of the IHC team at Austin, being involved in all aspects of routine diagnostic work, antibody optimization and quality control.
